Focus and Scope
Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology publishes Original Research Articles, Reviews and PharmSights in all areas broadly related to Pharmacological Sciences. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, molecular and cellular basis of drug actions including effects of pharmacological agents on gene regulation, chromosome structure and dynamics, protein function and modification, signal transduction, cell death and survival, and intracellular trafficking; drug design and discovery; pharmacogenomics and pharmacoproteomics; clinical pharmacology including pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pathways of drug metabolism, and drug-drug interactions; immunopharmacology including immunotherapy, immunotoxicology, and immunopathology; toxicology including toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics; radiopharmacology including radiopharmaceuticals, development and characterization of novel imaging agents, and radiation and drug interactions.

Peer Review Process
Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology has an international editorial board. When a manuscript is received, it is immediately assigned to an editorial board member who will invite two or more external reviewers to evaluate the manuscript. The Journal endeavors to provide thorough evaluation of all manuscripts and editorial decisions are rendered in a timely manner.
Revised Manuscripts. Authors should submit revised version of their manuscripts within three months following editorial decisions. Authors are advised that after 3 months, the revised version will be considered a new submission.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology, an open-access journal, publishes Research Articles, Reviews and PharmSight pieces in all areas of Pharmacological Sciences. All manuscripts undergo rigorous peer-review and only those meeting the highest standard of scholarship are accepted for publication.
